Vegan Wrap with Smoked Tempeh and Vegan Ranch


We will need:
  • 1 pack of tempeh
  • Pita or Lavash or Wrap 
  • Tomato
  • Avocado
  • Red Onion
  • Letus 
  • 2 tsp of smoked paprika 
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of dried basil
  • 3 tbs of sunflower oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Mix all the spices and oil

  • Cut tempeh into pieces

  •  Cover tempeh in oil-spice mixture

  • Fry tempeh in oil on both sides 

  • Slice tomatoes,avocados, onions make vegan ranch dressing

  • Wrap the wrap and Enjoy


Vegan Ranch
  • 2 tbs of vegan mayo
  • 2 tbs of almond milk
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 1 tbs of dried dill
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Mix well and enjoy


Vegan "Creamy" Mushroom Soup


We will need:
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large carrot shredded
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 2-3 lbs of white button mushrooms ( could be substituted with any kind of mushrooms) 
  • 4 large potatoes peeled
  • 1/2 cups of barley
  • 2 tbs of onion powder
  • 2 tbs of garlic powder
  • 3 tbs of dried dill
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 7 cups of water


  • Saute onion, carrots and celery until fully cooked

  • Peel and put potatoes in water and start boiling 

  • Add mushrooms and barley

  • Add all spices and sauteed veggies

  • Cook for 30 min with closed lid
  • Blend with hand blender or regular blender 
  • Enjoy!





Vegan Easy Banana Pastry



We Will need:
  • 1 pack of pillsbury crescent rolls 
  • 2 ripe bananas 
  • 1-2 tbs of cinnamon 
  • 1/4 cups of sugar
  • 2 tbs of powdered sugar for decoration 

  • Spray cookie sheet with spray
  • Unroll crescent rolls
  • Sprinkle crescent rolls with sugar and cinnamon 
  • Cut each banana in 4 pieces 
  • Place each piece of banana on crescent roll 


  • Roll Crescent rolls
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees 
  • And cook for 10-15 min or until golden brown 


  • Let cool and decorate with powdered sugar 
  • Enjoy!
    • Banana could be replaced with apple, pear or berries

Citrus Marinated Grilled Shark Steaks

This was my first time making and eating shark. That shark was caught in Florida by our friends. So, it was interesting to try. It was not too big, probably around 12-15 lbs.


We will need:
  • 8 shark steaks ( 6-8 oz each)
  • 1 Large grapefruit
  • 3 tbs of Olive oil 
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


       
  • Juice grapefruit add oil, salt and pepper 
  • Mix well and let it sit for 2 hrs in the fridge

        
  • Prep you grill
  • Make sure you brush olive oil or use grill spray so fish wont stick


        
  • Cook with closed lid for about 5 min on each side

         

         
  • Serve with green beans and couscous or any side of your choice 

          





3 ingredient Vegan Split Pea Soup

This is an amazing, super easy and delicious split pea soup recipe.

We will need:
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cups of green split peas
  • 6 cups of water
  • 2 tbs of garlic powder
  • 2 tbs of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbs of smoked paprika (optional) 

  • Dice onions and shred carrots
  • Pan fry them on medium heat till golden brown


  • Wash your peas
  • Add water and bring to boil
  • Once carrot and onion mixture is cooked add it to the peas
  • Add spices
  • Close the lid and cook for about 30 min on low heat
  • Blend soup with hand blender ( if you dont have a blender, let soup cook for another 20 min, it will become almost silky consistency) 

Serve with chopped up chives. Enjoy!!!
