Easy,Tasty Recipe For the Whole Family!

For the Marinade we will need:
- 2 Tuna Steaks (about 1lb each)
 - 1/4 of a cup of Soy Sauce
 - 1/8 of a cup Olive Oil
 - 1 medium orange juiced
 - 1 tsp of Salt
 - 1 tsp of Pepper
 - 1 tbs of Dijon Mustard
 - 3 Garlic Cloves
 - Cilantro
 
Preparing marinade:
- Mince garlic
 - Chop cilantro
 - Add Olive oil, Soy sauce, Salt, Pepper and Juice of one Orange
 - Mix it all well
 - Spread the mixture all over the Steaks
 - Wrap it with Plastic and put in the fridge for about 2 hrs
 
- Preheat Grill Pan or Regular Pan on Medium-High
 - Spray Non-Stick Spray
 - Place Steak in the Pan
 - Cook for about 3-4 min on each side
 
- Let Steak Rest for couple of minutes before serving
 - Enjoy!
 
Pan-Fried Baby Asparagus
We will need:
- 1 lb of asparagus
 - 4-5 cloves of Garlic
 - Salt and Pepper to taste
 - 2-3 tbs of Sunflower Oil
 
- Pour oil into pan
 - Place minced garlic in hot oil
 - Let garlic brown up a little
 - Wash asparagus and cut off ends on breaking point
 - Place asparagus in the pan
 

- Add Salt and Pepper to taste
 - Cook for 4-5 minutes (till it becomes vibrant green color)
