
Ingredients:
- 6.5 cups of unbleached bread flour or all purpose flour
 - 3 cups of luke warm water ( i put mine in microwave for 2 min)
 - 1.5 tablespoons of yeast
 - 1.5 tablespoons of salt
 
Note:  You can also add garlic, herbs, nuts, or cheese (sesame seeds, ground flax seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.) to your flour before you mix the dough…
Directions:
- Pour flour in a large bowl.
 - In another bowl, mix water, yeast, and salt together until there are no lumps.
 - Mix the water, yeast, and salt mixture in with the flour.
 - Make sure there are no lumps.
 - Place a towel or napkin over the bowl and let the dough rise for 1-2 hours (I just kept mine covered in the microwave).
 - After the dough has risen, form 2 balls with it and sprinkle a little flour over it.
 - Put them in your pan or tray and put it back in the microwave (covered) for another 20-30 min
 - Preheat oven to 390 degrees
 - Place a pan under the pan with 1 to 2 cups of water for a little bit of steam.
 - Slice the top of the dough a couple of times with a sharp knife.
 - Sprinkle corn meal or flour on pan and place the dough balls on it.
 - Bake for 60 minutes.
 - Stick toothpick to check if the bread is ready ( toothpick should come out clean)
 - If its ready, take it out and let it cool
 - Enjoy!
 
This recipe makes two loafs of bread or one Giant one!
