We will need:
- 200 g butter or 2 sticks
- 1/3 of cup sugar
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- jam for decoration
- Melt Butter in the microwave for about 1 min
- Beat egg white with vanilla
- Add sugar and egg white to butter
- Add flour and mix well
- Form Balls (about 15-20)
- Sqush the balls flat =)
- Make a whole in the middle
- Place jam in the whole
- Bake for 15-20 min on 350F or until golden brown
