No-Knead Easy Bread Recipe! Crusty Bread!

  • 6.5 cups of unbleached bread flour or all purpose flour
  • 3 cups of luke warm water ( i put mine in microwave for 2 min)
  • 1.5 tablespoons of yeast
  • 1.5 tablespoons of salt
Note:  You can also add garlic, herbs, nuts, or cheese (sesame seeds, ground flax seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.) to your flour before you mix the dough…

  1. Pour flour in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix water, yeast, and salt together until there are no lumps.
  3. Mix the water, yeast, and salt mixture in with the flour.
  4. Make sure there are no lumps.
  5. Place a towel or napkin over the bowl and let the dough rise for 1-2 hours (I just kept mine covered in the microwave).
  6. After the dough has risen, form 2 balls with it and sprinkle a little flour over it.
  7. Put them in your pan or tray and put it back in the microwave (covered) for another 20-30 min
  8. Preheat oven to 390 degrees 
  9. Place a pan under the pan with 1 to 2 cups of water for a little bit of steam.
  10. Slice the top of the dough a couple of times with a sharp knife.
  11. Sprinkle corn meal or flour on pan and place the dough balls on it.
  12. Bake for 60 minutes.
  13. Stick toothpick to check if the bread is ready ( toothpick should come out clean) 
  14. If its ready, take it out and let it cool
  15. Enjoy!
This recipe makes two loafs of bread or one Giant one!
